4. Issuance & Validity
   Gift cards and vouchers are issued electronically via email or through the customer’s account dashboard.

Each gift card or voucher contains a unique code that must be entered at checkout.

Unless otherwise stated, gift cards do not expire. Promotional vouchers may have defined validity periods, which will be clearly communicated at the time of issuance.

The company reserves the right to decline issuance or reissue in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.

5. Redemption

Refunds will not be issued to original payment methods for the portion of the purchase covered by a gift card or voucher.
