What is Preloved Mode?
Preloved Mode is a curated multivendor platform for pre-owned designer fashion to sell and buy. We connect buyers with trusted vendors offering authenticated, editorially styled pieces, we also sell our unique preloved designer clothing.

Is Preloved Mode a marketplace or a store?
We are a multivendor online marketplace. Yes, we are an e-shop with the luxurious fashion design, extra content and ecology in mind. Each item is listed and shipped by independent vendors. Preloved Mode provides editorial curation, secure payment processing, and platform oversight.

Do you sell new items?
No. We specialise in pre-owned designer fashion. Each piece is selected for its quality, rarity, and editorial appeal.

BUYING
How do I place an order?
Simply add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Payment is securely processed, and vendors are notified to ship your order. You find the invoice in your Account section on My account

When is my payment released to the vendor?

Can I cancel an order?
Orders may be cancelled before the item is shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. Contact us for assistance.

Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted only if an item is materially misdescribed, damaged in transit, or inauthentic. Requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. See our policy on Returns and Refunds for full details.

How do I report a problem with my order?
Email us on Contact Us with your order number, item details, and photographic evidence. We aim to resolve all issues within 5 business days.

SELLING
How do I become a vendor?
Apply via User link. We review each application for product quality, brand alignment, and editorial fit.

What are the commission rates?
Commission rates are outlined during onboarding and are a flat rate of 20%.

When do I get paid?
Pay outs are processed a day after the verified delivery and released only after your item is shipped and delivery is confirmed by the buyer. More on Payment

Can I use my own product photos?
Yes, but they must be high-quality, original, and editorially appropriate. We may enhance listings with styled imagery or captions. You find the useful guide here.

What happens if I fail to ship an item?
Failure to ship within the agreed timeframe may result in order cancellation, withheld payment, and account suspension.

No. Our brand identity, tone, and editorial assets, personal data are protected. Unauthorised use is prohibited and may result in legal action.
