How can I track my order?

We will email you when your order has been dispatched with a link to track your order. You can also track your order using our tracking portal.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

Once you have placed your order, it starts to process immediately so we can deliver to you as soon as possible. Therefore yes, until it has been shipped. If the order has been shipped, we are unfortunately unable to cancel or amend your order.

How my order will be packaged?

As part of our sustainability initiatives, our orders provided by Preloved Mode will arrive plastic-free with paper tape and labels, all as much as recycled or eco. The eco friendly packaging is recommended for the vendors. We require the safe and well wrapped or boxed orders to be delivered safely to you.

Do I need the account to place the order ?

Not prior the ordering and placing the product in the cart or on your Wishlist. Once you will proceed to Checkout, your Account will be created because we need to know your address etc and protect your personal details in safe environment. You don’t need to create an account to shop with us. However, if you opt for creating an account so you can enjoy benefits from our Rewards programme, add items to your Wishlist and easily track your orders.

What does my order status mean ?

When an online order is accepted, it goes through several status changes during the delivery journey. These steps are listed below:

Order Created

Your order has been successfully placed.

Reviewing

Your order is being processed and payment is being confirmed.

Preparing Order

Your order is being prepared and packed.

Shipped

Your order has been dispatched and is on its way to you.

Delivered

Your order has reached its destination.

Can I change my contact details on my order ?

Yes, unless the item has been shipped to you. If you need to make any changes to your account details, please log in to your online account Unfortunately once your order has been shipped, we cannot make any changes to your order. Also read the duties in Shipping to provide and check your personal details to be valid.

Can my order be cancelled by your or the vendor ?

Rarely, but mistakes happen. In some instances, the vendor, not us, may have to cancel your order. Should this be the case, you will be notified by email and issued a full refund shortly after. If you need further assistance, please contact our team.

Can I add the gift message or a voucher/gift card to my purchase ?

Yes, you can add one single personalised gift message per order using the option at checkout. Gift messages cannot be changed after the point of purchase. The voucher as a gift voucher is emailed to you or to the person of your choice directly upon the purchase and the payment. Further conditions about the gift cards here.
