Preloved Mode is a curated multivendor platform for pre-owned designer fashion. Each item is listed and shipped by independent vendors. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and expectations for order fulfilment, delivery timelines, and buyer/vendor responsibilities. You find more about the vendors here.

  1. Order Processing
    Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
    Vendors are required to dispatch items within 3 business days of order confirmation.
    Buyers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once the item is dispatched.
  2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
    We use as a primary shipping option Royal Mail. You will see the pricing during the check out. Vendors may use reputable carriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, Hermes, UPS, or DHL.
    Shipping method and carrier are selected based on item value, destination, and vendor preference.
    All shipments must include tracking and appropriate packaging to protect the item. You find your tracking here.
  3. Delivery Timeframes
    Destination Estimated Delivery Time
    United Kingdom 2–5 business days
    Europe 5–10 business days
    International 7–14 business days
    Delivery times may vary due to location, customs, or courier delays. Preloved Mode is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.
  4. Shipping Fees
    Shipping costs are set by vendors and displayed at checkout.
    Some vendors may offer free or flat-rate shipping.
    International orders may incur customs duties or import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
  5. Payment Release
    Preloved Mode holds payment in escrow until the item is shipped and delivery is confirmed.
    Vendors must provide valid tracking information to initiate pay out.
    If an item is not shipped within the required timeframe, the order may be cancelled and refunded to the buyer.
  6. Failed Deliveries & Lost Items
    If an item is lost in transit or undelivered, buyers must notify us on Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
    We will investigate with the vendor and carrier. If confirmed lost, a full refund will be issued.
    Vendors are responsible for ensuring items are properly packaged and tracked. It is recommended to take the photos of your parcel prior of the shipping.
  7. Address Accuracy
    Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Your address is a part of your Account and its profile.
    Preloved Mode and vendors are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect address information.
